Our Perfect Day...
If there was enough time in a day to have the perfect day, what would it look like?
- Wake with the sun
- stretch
- thank my Father In Heaven for the healing and productive night's sleep
- brush my teeth with a fluoride-free and sugar free toothpaste with anti-bacterial herb-oils and xylitol
- kiss my husband good morning
- spend time with him saying "good morning"& hearing about his night's sleep & his day's schedule
- eat a small amount of raw plant-based protein
- read scriptures, pray, meditate
- do yoga with some Pilates & meditate and pray further
- shower and get ready for the day
- practice the piano
- organize my day
- write pending correspondence to family, friends, political leaders, etc.
- wake the children & help them to dress & prepare for their day
- children do yoga and stretch for the day
- make a purely raw foods breakfast for my husband and I to enjoy
- make the children a healthy, mostly raw breakfast with a blend of carbs and protein based on their individual needs so as to maintain focus, stamina and energy throughout their day (animal product-free)
- enjoy a family meal together reading the morning newspapers and talking about current events
- ending the meal by creating a clearing for anything that might be bothering or up-setting any member of the family
- before anyone leaves the table, do a family prayer, scripture read & scripture of the day memorization assignment
- clean up the meal and dishes together as a family
- short break - play, stretch, exercise, get ready for the day
- feed animals and check on garden
- wash up
- have the children do their coorespondance for the day, family, friends, pen-pals, etc. ( flat-traveler too if they have one that came home)
- practice piano and violin
- Hebrew recitations, scripture prayer and meditation individually while the others are practicing piano
- get the children started on their studies here at home with an on-line private or public school depending on our family budget
- do my own studies with the children when they are doing their worksheets or reading
- quickly do a sweep-review of the written & spoken alphabets of Greek, Latin, Egyptian, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Hebrew (with vowels), Aramaic, Sanskrit, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Braille, Sign language and African dialect of choice
